  1. What if I have a question prior to placing my order? Feel free to contact us with any questions.
  2. Do you charge set up fees? No, the set up/design fee is included in the pricing.
  3. Can I request a design on a different color shirt or style of shirt (short sleeve, long sleeve, sweatshirt or hoodie) Yes, upload as a custom item. 
  4. How do I request a custom shirt?  Go to custom shirts, add a sample image and text. Don’t forget to review the spelling of your text.
  5. How do I add an image or sample shirt idea? Upload the image in the drag & drop section.
  6. How would I know if you received my custom request? Provide an email to confirm the request.
  7. Can I choose faster shipping? Tri Inspire uses USPS, however, faster shipping options are available at checkout.
  8. How long will it take to process my order? Processing time is 7-10 business days. (This does not include shipping) Processing time may vary depending on the season and/or order volume.
